This is my very own recipe and my kids just love these sandwiches.
- 500g Boneless Chicken cut in very small pieces
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Bread Slices
- Lettuce leaves
- Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 3 Eggs
Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan or wok and fry ginger garlic paste in that. When it starts changing colour, add chicken pieces (cut the pieces very small) and chopped onion and fry some more on medium heat.
Then add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, chilli sauce, vinegar, mustard paste, garam masala powder, green chilli, and tandoori masala and cook till chicken is cooked through. Now mix ketchup in it.
Make thin omelette of eggs with just salt and pepper.
Toast 3 slices of bread at a time and put one layer of chicken and then put a cheese slice on the top, place it for 30 seconds in the microwave so cheese melts, then place another slice of bread on it.
Spread some mayonnaise on this slice then put the fried egg on it, a lettuce leaf and cover it with the other slice.
You can serve it with french fries and cole slaw.
